Head-On Hit and Run

She was driving with her boyfriend down Level Street in Brierley Hill, towards Merry Hill shopping center on Friday at 5:30pm when a male driving a quad bike sped out of Old Bush Street and lost control of his quad bike, hitting her car head-on.
