KIKI DAIRE: MMD INTERVIEWS THE KINKY KIKI DAIRE

MMD June 13, 2014 0

Kiki Daire began her career as an adult actress in the late 1990’s and after a long hiatus is back with a vengeance. This adorable sexpot has the cutest little body and a gorgeous face complete with a seductive look to complement it. While many pornstars take breaks, not all of them taken yearlong breaks and come back without skipping a beat. Ms. Daire just did that. It’s no secret that she’s a Grade A performer and loves what she does, just watch any of her scenes if you need ocular proof. Mens Mag Daily was able to catch up with the adult veteran to discuss her long break from the business, her boyfriend’s bizarre career, and what life was like as a civilian.

Mens Mag Daily: Kiki, give us a little background; you’ve been in the industry a very long time, right?

Kiki Daire: Yeah, on and off since 1998. Yeah I shot my first scene in 1998 and I took a breather from 2004 to 2011.

Mens Mag Daily: That’s a pretty long breather.

Kiki Daire: Yeah, you know, I went off and got engaged, went to college, and did the whole normal person thing for a while. That shit was for the birds.

kd5

Mens Mag Daily: You didn’t like the civilian life?

Kiki Daire: You know, I’m really thankful for my education because I got a really good one but there’s a lot of other stuff that came with it that I could have lived without, things I just didn’t like dealing with.

Mens Mag Daily: Such as?

Kiki Daire: My ex was definitely one of those things I didn’t want to deal with. Talk about a life made for a TV movie, I was with a guy who came from a really wealthy family and now they’re all behind bars doing lengthy prison sentences so I think I could live without all that.

Mens Mag Daily: Wow that is pretty crazy but what about just the everyday normal stuff?

Kiki Daire: The hardest part is trying not to let anybody find out who are but sooner or later somebody finds out and tells somebody for you anyway. You have to deal with people’s pre-conceived notions, and their hang-ups, and all their issues. They project them onto you. In my situation I was dealing with living in a world where I didn’t grow up with a silver spoon in my mouth so when I was brought home by my ex as the porn star it didn’t really make for the friendliest in-laws. It doesn’t make for very friendly people at all. Most of those people are so deep in the closet when it comes to stuff like that.

kd4

Mens Mag Daily: Did people often find out?

Kiki Daire: Yeah, you know one person finds out and next thing you know, everybody knows. It’s not exactly something people keep to themselves. It’s this little secret everywhere you go. People can’t even begin to understand the difference between your work life and your regular life.

Mens Mag Daily: Would you say that you enjoyed your life in porn better than civilian life?

Kiki Daire: I don’t know that I like one over the other, they’re both great.

Mens Mag Daily: Because you did say it was for the birds.

Kiki Daire: No, you know what I mean? The whole situation with the happily ever after and everything like that, that’s for the birds. That just a fallacy that people market to girls and later we find out that we’ve been suckered.

kd6

Mens Mag Daily: See, I kind of disagree. I think many women could have that life but they kind of stand in their own way. They say they want a nice guy who has these certain characteristics but they really don’t. It seems like they want the opposite.

Kiki Daire: I understand what you’re saying one hundred percent and I tend to agree with you but when you finally as a woman grow up and you realize what you’re really looking for and you find out it’s not the guy who looks hot in leather pants but it’s the guy who you can have a mutual respect with. I know I had to go through being treated like complete crap for so long before I realized I didn’t want that and even then it was a process to not want that type of person in my life.

Mens Mag Daily: So you’re not opposed to a nice guy?

Kiki Daire: I’m actually dating a very nice guy as we speak. He’s amazingly nice. He has a bizarre occupation but he’s wonderful.

Mens Mag Daily: What’s his bizarre occupation?

Kiki Daire: He’s actually a professional sword swallower and fire eater. In his case, he decided he wanted to learn how to do it so he studied it a lot and now he’s only like one of 50 left in the whole world. I think one of the reasons why we get along so well is because we’re both in entertainment and we know the pros and the cons. We don’t want to change each other. Work is work and when you go home it’s time to be home.

kd7

Mens Mag Daily: Do you have an open relationship?

Kiki Daire: Yeah, it’s open but it doesn’t mean it’s a free for all. We are both happy dating each other and don’t really want to date anybody else. But if he wants to play when I’m not around or vice versa that will all be discussed. I’m 38 and he’ll be 50 this year. Life is just different I guess. It’s like been there, made mistakes and we know what we want so we know how we want to be treated.

Mens Mag Daily: So in your time in the business did you have any of those experiences that the general public always hears about?

Kiki Daire: Wow that could be a loaded question. (Laughs) I’ve had a lot of good experiences but when you get into the business at a young age there are people that you just don’t know what you’re dealing with at all. That’s just part of being young and inexperienced. I don’t necessarily have anything bad to say. There are people that I don’t want to be around so I just avoid them, you know? It’s not that difficult.

Mens Mag Daily: The girls I speak to are always telling me how professional it is but honestly, I have a hard time believing it sometimes. There are naked people having sex everywhere. I would imagine that at least leads to flirting.

Kiki Daire: If you’re going to work with someone you should be flirtatious but you get so used to people being naked you don’t think anything of it. I need to think about it myself at home, like do I have to put clothes on? That’s just me though.

kd1

Mens Mag Daily: Do porn stars get desensitized in terms of sex?

Kiki Daire: Everybody has a different approach. Some guys don’t have sex one day or three days before a scene. There are girls that won’t have sex with their boyfriend when they get home unless they shower first. There are all kinds of different ways to cope when dealing with your personal sexuality versus your on screen sexuality. That’s really individualized. For me, they’re both so different. When I’m at home I want to have sex with the person I care about. It’s a totally different experience. Work sex is very mechanical and by the numbers. It’s not necessarily boring but it’s meant for an audience and there are cameras.

Mens Mag Daily: Do you physically enjoy it?

Kiki Daire: Yeah sure, just because it’s not necessarily as passionate as personal sex doesn’t mean it’s not fun. But there are days just like anything else. Maybe one day you’re not having a great day or your co-star isn’t having a great day. That happens a lot.

kd9

Mens Mag Daily: Have you ever done a scene that was just horrible?

Kiki Daire: I always use the business as a way to explore my fantasies or sexuality but there were times when scenes could have been much better. But that’s okay. You chalk it up to experience and you won’t do it again. If they offer it you say no.

Mens Mag Daily: Time for the obligatory sex question chosen by my readers, what is your favorite sexual position?

Kiki Daire: That’s funny. I actually really like to be on top. Being on top gives the woman a lot of control so I can slowly torcher you or get myself off or I can work with you, it’s just good.

kd12

Mens Mag Daily: Alright Kiki, it’s time for plugs. What do you have coming up?

Kiki Daire: I am in the process of writing a graphic novel based on my life. I’m also writing a book on aphrodisiac foods. I’m also finally going to get my website up and running. That will be the place to go to see all of my content. Also, my fans can keep up with me on my Twitter at https://twitter.com/kiki_daire.
