Groundhog Bites the Mayor

Apparently Jimmy the Groundhog from Wisconsin, is the most important groundhog in the highly scientific, probably originated in Wisconsin, tradition of whether a groundhog sees its shadow, interpreted by the mayor. Jimmy shows up
