MMD INTERVIEWS THE STUNNING JILLIAN JANSON

For somebody from Minnesota, Jillian Janson is really hot. Wow, my apologies for writing that. But all joking aside Jillian Janson is a serious hottie. She has what I call a One Tree Hill look, meaning that she looks like she could play a hot extra on a steamy college drama. Her face is drop dead gorgeous including piercing light eyes that you could get lost in and her body is one of the best in the business. Her butt is phenomenal too. She must have turned a lot of heads in Minnesota with that thing. Mens Mag Daily had the chance to sit down with Jillian to discuss her upbringing, her plans for the future in the adult industry, and her love for her fans.

Mens Mag Daily: Alright Jillian, so where did you grow up?

Jillian Janson: I was born and raised in Minnesota. I moved around a lot from town to town. When I was about 15 I actually moved to Indiana to live with my dad for a year. That was quite an experience. When I came back I lived with my mom in Minnesota. It was bigger than what I was used to because I had grown up in small towns. I’m actually living in Minnesota now. My sister is here as well so I have my nieces around, I love them.

Mens Mag Daily: I was doing some research on you and you said you worked a lot as a kid, after school jobs and such.

Jillian Janson: Yeah I definitely did. I had started working at a McDonald’s at the age of fourteen. I only worked there for a couple of months before we moved again. I worked at a retail store after that and then I was a telemarketer for an entire year when I was 17 so I have some skills under my belt.

Mens Mag Daily: Why did you work so much?

Jillian Janson: I didn’t have a lot of things growing up. I had the basics but if I wanted something extra like clothes then I had to go out and get it for myself. The rule with my parents was basically the money they had was to keep a roof over our head, keep us healthy, and with a full belly. I didn’t have a lot of material things so I know how to live on very little. After I started working I realized it was about more than the money. I really liked being out there and meeting new people. I got some experience as well so it was worth it.

Mens Mag Daily: Okay, so how did porn happen? It doesn’t seem like you were headed in that direction.

Jillian Janson: It was actually pretty quick how it all happened. I had just turned 18 and I realized I could do this kind of stuff now. I started doing some webcam modelling and I was really enjoying it. My agent actually ended up sending me an e-mail after like a few days. We worked out the details to fly me out to California. And since then I’ve been living the dream. (Laughs)

Mens Mag Daily: So this is something you knew you wanted to do?

Jillian Janson: I mean kind of, I was always very sexual. I was always with my boyfriend and I always had these little fantasies. I had fantasies about girls too so it just kind of seemed natural for me. I wanted to be around all of the sex. To be completely honest, I had no much idea I would get paid so I got into it for the full experience. The money is a plus of course.

Mens Mag Daily: Had you been with women before you got into the industry?

Jillian Janson: No, I was always curious and I knew I had that urge but I didn’t trust any of the girls around me to do anything with. I wanted to have fun and I knew they would just cause trouble. I never had a girlfriend or anything but when I got into the business I realized how awesome being with girls really is. I was right all along. (Laughs)

Mens Mag Daily: Had you done anything outside of the box in terms of sex before you got into the business?

Jillian Janson: I had a couple of threesomes with two guys but that was about it.

Mens Mag Daily: Were you nervous when you first got into the business?

Jillian Janson: Yeah, I was nervous but I think was more excited than anything. I had no idea there would be that many people there. But my first photo-shoot was super calm and everybody was really cool. It was great, I loved it. In terms of video I had no idea what was going on. I had no idea what POV meant, G/G, or any of the other terms.

Mens Mag Daily: What was it like experiencing things for the first time on camera?

Jillian Janson: I like it because people get to see what really happens during your first time. I think that’s so hot. I love when the fans see my reaction to things. I like that.

Mens Mag Daily: How do your friends and family feel about your career?

Jillian Janson: I told my mother I was doing webcamming and she was curious about what it was so I explained it to her. The next day I was contacted by an agent so I told her about actually performing in porn. I mean, let’s be honest, it’s not something a parent wishes their child would do. In the end though, she was accepting. I explained my reasons to her and she was supportive.

Mens Mag Daily: You’ve been very successful. What’s it like having fans and gaining all this popularity?

Jillian Janson: I love it; it’s really interesting to see how many people there are out there who are into what I do. I would love to be able to interact with them all. Gaining popularity excites me. Whenever fans contact me on Twitter I get happy, I love it. It definitely takes some getting used to but I love it.

Mens Mag Daily: What’s your personal dating life like?

Jillian Janson: I tend to be a free bird. I like being single. I dated somebody for a couple of months but that’s a long story. I’m single now and I can do whatever I want to do without anyone or anything holding me back. It seems like when I got out of a relationship my career just blew up and my life kind of fell into place.

Mens Mag Daily: Do you see yourself staying in this business for a long time?

Jillian Janson: I love the industry. I want to be behind the camera as well. I think I have a really good eye. I’d love to direct. I want my own company and I think one day it’ll happen. It would be really cool. It’s a great industry. I came in with an open mind and I took things slow, and it’s been amazing so far. I get lots of work, I get to see great locations, and it’s definitely not something I would have expected.

Jillian Janson: I’ll be at AVN this year. I’ll be signing and everything. It should be a great time. That’s the biggest thing going on right now.
