Who says a girl has to be between the ages of 18-22 to be at her hottest? If you ask for the humble opinion of this writer, female performer Kendra Lust has a leg up on just about every woman in the industry. Whether it’s her stunningly gorgeous face, her insanely toned and perfect body, her beautiful smile, or her out of this world performers this is one lady who has the total package. Besides the physical attributes, of which there are many, Kendra Lust is a true sweetheart. She has a kind way about her and is truly a nice person, not necessarily the standard for female porn stars. She’s also educated and worked for several years as a registered nurse. She is currently pursuing and close to being done with her Master’s degree. It shows as Kendra is very well-spoken and articulate. Maybe it’s just me but I happen to find a woman with brains sexy. Mens Mag Daily had the pleasure of sitting down with Kendra Lust for easily one of my favorite interviews to discuss how she found her way into the porn business, what some of her craziest sexual escapades were, and why she has hundreds of thousands of loyal fans who love everything about her.
Mens Mag Daily: Alright Kendra, let’s get started. How long have you been in the industry?
Kendra Lust: It’s been two years; I started a little bit late.
Mens Mag Daily: And what was it that made you get into the business?
Kendra Lust: I got sick and fucking tired of living my life like everybody else wanted me to. I went to college and graduated. I had a career and was a professional. I was a registered nurse for 7 years. I felt kind of trapped and I just wanted to unleash and it got to the point where I just didn’t give a shit. I decided I wanted to do something for me so I took the plunge and here I am.
Mens Mag Daily: So you’re a college graduate?
Kendra Lust: Yeah, I’m actually working on my Master’s right now. I’m only a few classes away. I’m getting there slowly but surely. I’m the type of person who needs to stay busy. Some people think it’s unusual that I’m educated but I don’t think so. I think performers are more educated than what people think or they just choose not to talk about it.
Mens Mag Daily: That makes sense but why porn? People always get bored and feel trapped and most of them just go skydiving or something.
Kendra Lust: You’re right. You know, before I started nursing school I told my mother that I wanted to take some time off and move to California and just be free and wild. She told me not to so she was basically telling me what to do. Anyway, I’ve always had a wild side. I’ve always been so into sex. I was the one all of my friends came to for advice on sex and relationships. And I love watching porn so I think it was just all of that. I just always had it in me to do it.
Mens Mag Daily: So were extremely sexual when you had a day job and were in school?
Kendra Lust: Oh absolutely, for as long as I can remember. I would look at porn magazines. I was always very curious. It’s just my make up, it’s who I am.
Mens Mag Daily: When you entered the business, was it what you expected it to be?
Kendra Lust: I would say some of it yes and some of it no. I thought that porn was people having sex for a couple of hours and that’s it. I didn’t realize how much planning goes into it and the script writing and all that stuff. It was more professional than I expected.
Mens Mag Daily: Another thing I’ve noticed is that you have a large fan base. Not every female performer has that.
Kendra Lust: I really do and I always wonder if they actually watch my porn or they just thought I had a nice ass so they followed me on Twitter. But I do have very loyal fans and they’ll send me tweets and fan mail. They come see me feature dance. I’m really appreciative of that. I love the conventions but I didn’t go to the last couple and I was sad, like I really missed my fans. Seeing regular people come out is really awesome. I know they appreciate what I’m doing. I think they love me too because I’m a Twitter whore. (Laughs) I’m constantly on there. I’m a lover of women and men so they’ll see me compliment a girl and tell here that I want to work with her or even just a regular girl that looks good. I think I’m just a carefree free spirit. I just reach out and I want people to feel like they can tweet me and get a response.
Mens Mag Daily: You’re one of the most beautiful women in the industry. This may sound like a stupid question but does that help a lot? The reason why I ask is because I see female performers who aren’t what you call classically beautiful that are very popular.
Kendra Lust: I’m a humble girl. I’m confident but I pick myself apart and I try and see what I can do better. I mean I think you have to feel sexy. I think your personality and sexual energy is also a big part of it as well. I don’t think it’s just a pretty face or a nice body that makes a good porn star. You kind of have to have it all put together.
Mens Mag Daily: So the performance is very important?
Kendra Lust: It is, you can’t just lay there. I’m a filthy talker and some people think it’s cliché or whatever but that’s just how I fuck. I’m very verbal when I have sex. I just love to get wild most of the time. That’s just how I have sex.
Mens Mag Daily: So you’re really that into it?
Kendra Lust: I like it. If I’m doing a scene I am greedy and I try to get off. I’m at a point in my life where I want to put on a good scene but I want to get off. If I look a certain way that doesn’t look pretty for the camera I mean I’m just going all in even if it’s in between cuts. I’m just giving it my all.
Mens Mag Daily: Were you nervous the first time you had sex in front of a camera?
Kendra Lust: I was so nervous for my first scene. It was actually with one of the best male performers and we had worked it out that he would be my first boy/girl scene. If I was going to do it I wanted it to be the best, you know? I was so nervous at first. It’s like there are people watching you have sex. Once it started, you kind of start to forget about the cameras. I didn’t know like how to position myself or anything so I just went in. It turned out to be so hot. It was sweaty and messy, so hot. I definitely lost all of my nervousness eventually.
Mens Mag Daily: What’s your opinion on getting cast in a lot of MILF stuff?
